It is a small building in the center of Mestriago made up of some apartments, partly inhabited by residents and partly converted to tourist rentals.
Being in centre of the town, Casa Rosani is served by all the facilities just a few steps from home: a bar and a pastry shop, a tourist office, a supermarket with a large car park area where you can park for free and just 200 meters far, Daolasa Station and its 8 seats lift gondola necessary to reach the ski slopes of the Ski area Folgarida-Marilleva-Campiglio.

In the surroundings of the house you can find all kinds of services: playground, bike path, school camp Mountain Bike and Downhill at the departure of the cable car Daolasa, rafting center and much more. On foot you can follow the flat paths on the banks of the river Noce, enjoy the beautiful surrounding mountain landscapes and discover some historical monuments such as the fifteenth-century church of Sant’Agata, one of the most beautiful corners of the country.
The traditional apartments managed by our agency are located on the first and second floor of the building.

THREE ROOM APARTMENT 6 beds made up of: a living room with large kitchen (with gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer) and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed and a single pull-out bed, a bathroom, a balcony.
All apartments are equipped with LCD TV, a washing machine and complete crockery, blankets and pillows set; the indoor flooring is mostly made of ceramic or laminated wood flooring.
